AVEVA Edge supports all Windows runtime platforms (including 32 and 64 bit). Ranging from Windows Embedded Compact, Windows Embedded Standard, Windows 7/8/10 and Windows Server Editions (Server 2012/2016), along with built-in support for local or remote (web) based visualization. AVEVA Edge also offers a runtime edition (IoTView) available for Linux and other embedded platforms.

How to Request an AVEVA Factory Tech Support User ID

A User ID can only be obtained during normal business hours and must be done in advance of needing service.

If you do not know your AVEVA Factory Tech Support User ID, or do not have one, you will need to create one during normal business hours by calling:

Enter 0# which will take you to a representative that will help you create a User ID. You will need your company name, location, and Customer First Program # (CFP #)

Please note: It is very important you obtain a AVEVA Factory Tech Support User ID as soon as you receive your Customer First support package. Without it, if you have an emergency and need support after hours, you will not be able to get support until the next business day.
